energy reports

PERSONAL

After a quick 23 minute online questionnaire, a private and confidential report, which is safeguarded by the Protection of Personal Information Act, is sent to each individual to raise their awareness and give them pragmatic advice on how to boost their levels of energy. Saving time and money that would have been spent sending only an exclusive select few to expensive life coaches. We do not place your staff into any boxes, as we know they are all already trying to break out of the colour coded boxes they have been previously put in. We come from a Rainbow Nation.

CORPORATE

All the information of the individual reports are collated to give an overall assessment of the energy level of the organisation as a whole. Depending on the reporting requirements of management we breakdown the information into department, location, function and more. This allows management to pinpoint areas of attention where more efficient focus can be given, doing away with unnecessary spending on company-wide paintball days.
