why us?
We don't have some tragic tale of woe that we conquered nor do we proclaim to be inspiring because we rode fifteen-hundred kilometres on a vintage bicycle, to go run an ultra marathon wearing our Grandad's green socks after summiting seven peaks in seven weeks. We have not swum the frozen tundra nor have we founded billion dollar tech start ups. We have not started yoga sanctuaries and hummed our way into utopia where we trade nuts & berries for Wi-Fi. We have not been trapped under a boulder and had to cut off leg or limb to crawl back to civilization.
So why us? Well because:
We have been trapped in uninspiring mundane routines where we have cut off parts of our souls from truly living - just like you.
We have stuffed up, got it wrong and made mistakes, just to get up, dust ourselves off and try again & again - just like you.
We are people who survive the daily grind, day after day, week after week by working hard and striving for better - just like you.
We have raised kids, escaped horrible bosses, survived family drama, got over messy relationships and overcome illness - just like you.
We have faced the fear of not having enough to make monthly ends meet - just like you.
We have endured doubt caused by the insecurity of not being enough- just like you.
We know that the real heroes are the real people who struggle in the real world with no accolades to show for it - just like you.
We know that authentic positive change only happens from the inside out.
We know how to take that next step.
We know how to break out of the boxes we were placed in and break free of self-imposed limitations.
Because We have ENERGY.
Because We have PASSION.
Because We have PURPOSE.
And because We believe that ordinary people can do extraordinary things when given a chance.
We CREATE that chance - for YOU.
Oh yes and why the Flamingos?
Because they represent vibrant balance and are a product of their surrounding environment. Their colouring depends on their diet & habitat, their colony size determines how the available resources are used and their migratory patterns are for the benefit of the entire flock. They are the ultimate example of a culture driven by an aligned energy.
